The bramble-edged finish needs a bit of taming
crème de cassis and blueberry pie plus suggestions of candied violets
Dry and refined with delicate notes of fresh citrus and licorice on the nose
The nose does not disappoint here and it's exploding out of the glass
which is certainly in the sweet spot
